+ 1 moreThe cost is much too high. If I would find somebody else that is cheaper, I would not use them again.

+ -1 moreThe customer service of Optimum Cable is terrific. They offer their favorite channels so there is no choice for us. The screen freezes frequently during the shows. The internet has been okay. We would use their services in the future.

+ -1 moreThe service is, on a one out of ten scale, about a seven. I use them because it is the only choice I have out here. Overall their customer service is excellent but the cable service is not so excellent.
