After installing a walkway, I asked Jerry to install a sprinkler filter. I quickly discovered that the workman had installed the filter backward, so he returned to fix it. After finishing, I told him I wanted to check the work, which he tried to discourage. When I tested the filter, water flew everywhere - he then explained that, after installing the filter the wrong way, the remaining pipe length would no longer work with the correct installation. Unfortunately, I had already paid Jerry. Jerry and I spoke once afterward, and he assured me he would fix the filter installation. When I tried to contact him the following spring via text, email, and phone, he never responded. I had to hire another contractor. So unnecessary.

Responsive, communicative, efficient, friendly.

They have done several jobs for us. They had the lowest price and did an excellent and fast job. Construction, sprinkler installation, sprinkler maintenance, landscaping, concrete, and build steps and walls.

Well coordinated..as an architect the contractor listened to my needs b And responded to any minor changes that I made at the job site. I would highly recommended his services fir his easy manor and quick responses. His team was exceptional hard working, thorough craftsmen. Sincerely Phil

Patty has been very responsive and helped me book an appointment within a couple of hours. Price is slightly higher than competitor. But given the sudden temp drop, I'd rather the service get done sooner.
