A friend recommended Chris to me 5+ years ago and I've had nothing but positive experiences. Integrity, great workmanship and reliability are all things that you can expect when you bring your car in. For my last repair, I was quoted 2.5 hours for labor. When the work was complete it only took an hour. What a nice surprise to have a final bill reduced by $150. I will continue to bring my car to North Broadway and I will always recommend their services.

These guys are awesome. Their biggest downside is that they're so good that it's often difficult to find an available time-slot for them to fit in work on the car. Fortunately for me, I work a few miles away in downtown White Plains and they're often willing to give me a ride into town when necessary. They always review each item that needs work on our 10+ year old cars with an analysis as to what needs immediate attention, what's going to need work soon and what should be taken care of but can be put off without any danger or negative consequences - which helps in planning and budgeting. When repairs are needed, they go out of their way to source RELIABLE aftermarket or used parts in order to contain costs. We even ordered our own tires from eBay and had it shipped directly to them for mounting - no problem! All of their work has been professional and successfully completed - be it recent radiator, window motor, brakes, wheel bearings or other issues - and we're very satisfied with the results. The prices aren't the cheapest, but nor are they exorbitant - and they only do what's necessary and they do it well. Highly recommended!

I've always had very good experiences. I always take my car to those guys. They're honest, they're usually very good and very economical. They never recommend more than I absolutely need to keep the car running. My car has over 170,000 miles on it, that speaks for itself. I've brought all my cars here and they've all had very long life-times. They're absolutely competitive in terms of the basic services. They're better than most in the sense that they're very economical in terms of what they recommend that needs to be done. I've never had to call back or had dissatisfaction and I've been working with these guys for twelve years. They're responsive. I've never had a problem. I usually make my appointments with enough advanced warning that it's not really a problem. Whenever I've had an emergency or something I need them to see right away they've always managed to squeeze time in. They have always been excellent with punctuality. They always deliver when I say I'm going to need it. I've never had a negative experience in that area and they have never missed a step on that. They use a standard online auto database so they send me reminders when I need oil changes, inspections and that kind of stuff.

I brought the car in last week. They put it up on a lift and looked at it. They told me what needed to be replaced. they gave me a choice regarding replacement parts. After I chose Subaru parts, We scheduled a date for replacement.
I brought the car in at the scheduled time. the work was done in about an hour. I paid and I left.

I called Chris and told him what needed to be done. We made a date. I dropped off the car the night before. I picked it up early the next evening.

Fantastic; Tom is a great mechanic and very reliable. If I ever have a problem or even the slightest concern, Tom always makes time to check it out. He and his staff are honest and friendly and pricing is reasonable. I'm very happy to know that I have a place like this that I can rely on; so much so that this is the only place I'll get gas unless I'm away.
