Incredibly bad! Two years ago they winterized my system for the first time. In the following spring I found a large sprinkler right next to where they attach the hose for the pressured air, broken in two. No way to prove this had happened four months earlier when they had operated the area. Yesterday it happened again. After they were done, I found the sprinkler, broken in two once more. Not a word that they had caused damage, they simply left, obviously hoping we would not notice the damage until the spring. And probably even hoping that we would hire them to repair it! I will never make business with them again. Not an honest business, stay away!!!

There was some initial confusion over the pricing what i was originally quoted and the pricing that came through on the invoice. Eventually everything was smoothed out and we went ahead with install. Installation went smoothly & quickly. System was up and running in a few hours. Install team gave me a brief tutorial on using the system. I noticed an issue with a drip line on day 3 or so, they came out quickly to resolve. Someone came out a week or so later to check up on everything and make sure i was happy. The following season my gardener punched a hole in some hardware while aerating. National was able to come out within 2 days to repair (in about 20 minutes).
