We. needed a new heating system in an old house. The company came promptly and gave us a fair estimate and since they had a heater available we were able to get a new system within 3 days. They came at 8 am on the agreed day and worked all day. (At one point I counted 6 cars ) There were a few adjustments to make and the 2 brothers came personally the next morning to finish everything.. We are extraordinarily pleased with their work, efficiency and professionalism and price.

Maselli Contracting removed our old oil-fired water heater with a modern heat pump water heater. Their pricing was competitive and the quality of their work was outstanding: they removed the old heater, cleaned oil that had leaked onto the floor, and left our furnace/mechanical room in perfect shape. They were also fast to respond and the only contractor capable of getting us the water heater we wanted during the shortages caused by the pandemic. Highly recommended.

Joe Maselli and his team spent the necessary time to diagnose the problem and address it. Joe communicated with me frequently. He arrived when he indicated he would, and performed the work quickly and professionally. I would definitely call him again and I HIGHLY recommend this company. They were great!

Joe called me immediately to find out the problem. Told him my water heater was leaking from the bottom. Given the fact that it was over ten years old, we both knew replacement was the only option. Joe and his crew showed up at 7 a.m. the next morning with a new Rheem water heater and he and his crew installed it in under two hours. It was obvious they knew what they were doing. The work was neat and clean and the old heater was taken away. I thought that the price was more than fair for what was involved . I would definitely recommend Joe and his company to anyone who asks me.

I had a furnace shutdown on a Saturday morning and needed a contractor ASAP. A friend of mine recommended Maselli Contracting. I called them with an emergency and they came to my house within 1 hour. They diagnosed the problem and told me how to temporarily operate the furnace so that my house was heated. They came back on Monday with the new parts, installed them and everything is working fine. You cannot ask for more than that. While I hope that neither my furnace nor central A/C system break down again if they do I know who I am going to call. MASELLI.
