Mark arrived right on time for the appointment we scheduled. He was professional and pleasant and very informative. The entire tuning took 90 minutes, which included fixing of a sticky key. I received a follow up call from Mark a few days after to see how I was enjoying my perfectly tuned piano (which I was!). I was very pleased and satisfied with the entire experience. Mark suggested that he call every 6 months to schedule for touch up tunings, which I absolutely agreed to do.
Description of Work: Mark tuned my steinway grand piano.
