The doctors are excellent and take the time to explain what they are doing and the reasons for it. However, it seems to be impossible to get an appointment for the same day that you call because you are sick. In addition, on at least two occasions, appointments were made that were not entered correctly in the practice's appointment system. On one of these occasions, this was discovered when the patient called to confirm his appointment. In the other instance, it was not discovered until the patient appeared at the office in person, only to be told that he had no appointment scheduled for that day.

They are wonderful doctors. They don't have every single specialty, but they're caring and they're something very good. I go there, my husband goes there, and they treated my father-in-law before he passed away. They do emergency medicine, pulmonary medicine, and internal medicine. There are a lot of geriatric patients there. My cardiologist is there and my primary care doctor, Dr. Richard Frimer, is there. They have a gastroenterologist there and also a rheumatologist, so they have quite a number of people there. It's a very good practice and they're very nice people. They're warm and they're caring. They are generally available. You can call up although you're not going to get an appointment the same day, but you should get in fairly soon unless it's an emergency which is different. They are punctual although sometimes the patients are not. They always call you. They have something that's called "A Patient Portal" where you could check things out online like your test results or they will mail it or fax it or call you up to get them to you. Their billing is fine and reasonable.

He has been my doctor forever. He is very nice. I am always able to get an appointment with him when I need one.

It went well. Dr. Frimer provides excellent care, and I like that he is not an alarmist.

They have many doctors in the practice that are all highly regarded. They are very thorough in the work. The staff and assistants that work in the office are also very good at what they do. Every doctor I have seen is also very friendly and does a really good follow-up after each visit when appropriate.
