 + 1 moreEric and Joel showed up right on time and helped move the last heavy pieces of furniture that we could not move. They covered everything up and got right to work. After a day and a half the second floor of our house looks beautiful. We can't believe how much the new trim changed the look of the rooms. MAP cleaned up and vacuumed both days before leaving. Looking forward to using them again for other projects we're thinking of.
Description of Work: We called MAP after seeing their listing on Angies list. Eric called us back within a few hours and came out to our house the next day to check out the work. We wanted to replace all the trim and doors in the two bedrooms on the second floor plus add crown molding around both rooms and the hallway. Eric took notes and emailed us a written estimate. We agreed on the price and set up a day for them to start.

Description of Work: Remodeled bathroom. MAP tore the entire bathroom down to studs, took out floor and ceiling. Installed new plumbing, tile, and all fixtures. Fixtures were chosen by us and were high end as was tile. The job was done on time and without incident. They have now completed other jobs for us in another location. Kitchen and another bathroom.

 + -1 moreThey are reasonably priced. Showed up on time, clean up, finish when they say they will and the price they quote is always what it ends up being. They are a joy to work with.
Description of Work: Added on a sun room, raised garage roof and added master bedroom's bath, kitchen reno, bathroom renos, additions to 3 bedroom's adding on huge deck and finishing basement - lots of smaller job as well.

 + -1 moreI called M.A.P. Renovations on a Monday and Eric was able to come to the site the same day. I received a written estimate (via email) later that day. I accepted the bid which I thought was a fair figure, and we arranged a starting day and time. Eric and Joel arrived a little early and began work right away. The work was completed within the time frame I had been given. Everything was done as described. They vacuumed all around afterward and left things tidy. Quite professional all around. It was obvious that they have had quite a lot of experience and they know what they are doing.
Description of Work: Removal of old bathroom fixtures including toilet sink and tub. Removal of tiles down to the studs and also the plaster. Sub floor was removed and plywood was installed on the floor. All the old material was carted away.
