+ -1 moreI found Lou to be prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, personable and fairly priced. He returned my calls quickly, was actually 20 minutes early for our appointment, went right to work and quickly fixed the problem.
Description of Work: Checked out poor performance of central vacuum system. Determined problem was a faulty hose. Lou had the part with him, replaced it and checked that it worked correctly.
