Office staff is friendly and responsive and the technician came on time and finished the job quickly. They did exactly what they said they would do from start to finish. My only suggestion is to please identify themselves by name when answering the phone so I know if I'm talking to the same person when I call back.

Got locked out of house with keys inside.  Called Keymasters and they arrived in under 30 minutes. Employee (Larry) was friendly and helpful and got the job done rather quickly with no damage to the lock. Price was about what I expected for the service so it seemed reasonable.

While all other locksmiths immediately spoke of replacement cost, Keymasters' reps were sympathetic and responsive to my predicament (no ability to lock the door) and sent their locksmith, Felix, over the same day.
Felix took the time to evaluate the current locking system and determined that my lock could be repaired. Felix is a pro and I was fortunate that he was so skilled. I strongly believe that other locksmiths would likely have told me I needed a new lock, which would have been more lucrative and less time consuming for the locksmiths. Also, I don't know how many locksmiths have the know how and experience to perform such repairs.
I consider myself fortunate to have chosen Keymasters. Thank you Richard, Tom and Felix!

The service call went great. John and Chris arrived exactly on time, ran back to the shop to get a part and returned within 15 minutes. They fixed my deadbolt and also adjusted the locks so that the door closed properly. I am very happy with the work that was done. John and Chris were professional and pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone who needs the services of a locksmith.

Company originally came to install a Medeco mortise cylinder deadbolt lock at my mother's apartment. However, after the first time she left the her apartment and came back, the installed lock didn't work. As a result, she was locked inside her apartment on the ninth (top) floor, and had to call a building staff member, who had to get inside her apartment from the terrace of a neighbor and unlock the door. He taped over the new lock, and I called the company and spoke to the owner. He was apologetic, and sent another locksmith over within a few days (apparently he tried to get someone there sooner but couldn't reach my mother). The lock was replaced at no charge and now works.

Went to and quot;The Keymastersand quot; storefront in White Plains, New York, to have a copy of a key made for a recently replaced cylinder. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. They informed me of my options, had me spend less money for the copy of the key, and let me know that I had been overcharged for the replacement cylinder. They were friendly, as well as trustworthy, and I would give them the highest possible recommendation for their services. Call them before you phone any other locksmith!
