KEB PEST CONTROL INC

Two days ago I found mouse in my basement – I called KEB off the recommendation of my aunt. They scheduled us the very next day, and the tech arrived early. He did a sweep of the house and the basement and found the mouse I had seen in my basement. He said he plugged up the hole and laid down three traps and they would be back to check, but he is certain there are no more critters. Sunday night I found a dead mouse in my clean clothes in the washing machine…… We paid with a credit card over the phone. On Monday morning I received a series of EIGHT phone calls while I was at work asking to verify various pieces of the credit card information. Each time I confirmed all the information was had and was told it was the owner who copied it down wrong. Next, the owner called us back and said they couldn’t have our negative energy and wouldn’t be charging us and they wouldn’t be coming back to finish the job. He took responsibility for copying down the wrong information, but refuses to do business with me. STAY FAR AWAY from these people - they cannot operate their office and the customers have to deal with it.
