Very unreliable he didn't showed up and just cancelled the booking.

Like the other reviewer found - I guess the job to replace the faucet was too small. However, he did tell me that he would come to do it and then never showed up. He also didn't come when agreed to for repairing the water pipe - I called again and he came after a few days. He never came to replace the faucet and I had no desire to be chasing after him, so just got someone else.

He returned my calls promptly which is a big first step! He did the job, were for the most part quite professional and courteous.I would have liked if they had made more of an effort to clean up after themselves but everything I asked for was completed to my satisfaction. he brought an assistant with him so the work was done much faster than the time he originally said it would take. I am not sure if I could have found someone to do the jobs for less money, it is possible, but I did not shop around.

He was very professional and did a very good job. I thought his price was a little high but reasonable. I will use him again. He came on time. He was pleasant and professional.

I couldn't be happier! Mr. Ortega came over to simply recaulk the bathtub, but recommended that we should determine the cause of the problem, which meant putting a hole in the ceiling. I'm very glad this was done - it turned out that the pipes were leaking too! He took care of all aspects of the repair. He has very good people working for him too. His workmanship is impeccable and he did everything in a very prompt and timely manner.

All the work was done promptly and neatly. If he couldn't come on a give day, he let us know BEFORE the appointment was to begin. His price was very reasonable and he was willing to work with us in terms of the projects' strategies. I would call him back again most likely for any project outside of a major addition. The quality of the work, especially the tile work, was very good .
