The former owner of our house had pets who had severely damaged some sections of the wood flooring. Sebastian walked us through the various options to repair the damage and helped us arrive at a cost-effective solution that looks beautiful.

When we purchased our home, nearly three-quarters of the windows were older single pane windows with lead painted trim. Sebastian and his crew replaced the windows with additional insulation and new trim that matched the original. Then, when a squirrel got into our home and gnawed the bejeezus out of the beautiful new windows, Sebastian was able to totally repair the damage!

We hired Sebastian and his team to paint the walls, refinish the floors, and build out a laundry room in the basement before we moved into a house that we had bought. His team actually ended up painting, refinishing floors, installing new windows, building out the laundry room, replacing all the outlets, installing new outlets, fixing squirrel damage, and adding a masonry lintel to the fireplace. Sebastian always met every increase in the scope of the project with a smile and still finished on time. He's also up front with the pricing and provides regular updated quotes over the course of a project so there are no unpleasant financial surprises at the end.

I have worked with many contractors over the years but he is in a class by himself and all his work is outstanding. Sebastian met with me and prepared an extensive written detailed estimate of all of the work to be performed. Specifically an item by item breakdown of exactly what would be done with specific pricing for each. I have never seen the attention to detail in any estimate. It rivals those used on commercial jobs. Further, during the course of the project Sebastian would provide a spreadsheet clearly identifying the work performed, the extent of the job completed, and the monies paid and still oweing. As with any large job they are overruns for unforseen issues that come about. Sebastian identified these immediately and worked with me to contain cost. His knowledge of General Contracting and all of the various trades he coordinates is amazing. On any large jobs there are issues that arise that require judgment calls. His experience was invaluable to me, and I believe at every step of the way he worked with me to protect my best interests. The work performed itself was impeccable. Sebastian is on site every day and every day there is real visible progress. Among other things, he completely gutted my kitchen and master bath and re-built. His attention to detail and the quality of his work is outstanding. He thinks outside the box and improved all of the original designs that I had after making suggestions to me. His electricians,plumbers, tilers, painters, carpenters, masons, etc. are all first rate. Sebastian was referred to me by a close friend who had the same experience as I did. He had done a similar job for her and also a substanial renovation of a large commercial premises. Finally, Sebastian and his crew are the nicest guys you will ever meet. Most importantly Sebastian is completely honest. His charges are not inexspensive but always fair given the quality of his work.
