I needed a chain link fence installed. Forever Home Improvement Service came over and measured, made some calls and explained the work. Then they gave me a quote through email. I met with two other fence companies. I chose this company. They were always on time, did exactly what they said they were going to do and charged a reasonable price. The job was done exactly as explained. They were fast and very considerate of our time. I’m very happy with the fence. It was installed so quickly. Everything was very professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. This company was straightforward, honest and reliable.

I had a 4 panel PVC fence at the side of my house that blew down from the various storms this year. I had previously paid my landscaper to repair the fence, but it came down 2 times in the past 3 years. Wagner put the fence back up and replaced brackets and one of the posts. The swing door was beyond repair. He made a new one by cutting down, reinforcing and adding hinges to a Home Depot panel that matched the existing fence. It’s looking sturdy and straight unlike the wobbly patch job from my landscaper.

Wagner was very professional and his pricing couldn't be beat! I interviewed several potential installers but he was the best in my area. The work was done exactly as scheduled. The craftmanship was impressive - I wanted to maintain the antique aesthetic of the original structure & he did just that. I am very pleased with the result. I highly recommend him.

I found Mr. Wagner Robert from here. He responded right away to my request for repairs to my fence that has come down because of previous poor workmanship. Mr. Robert came the next day (Saturday) and walked me through in a detailed manner what needed to be done and what he was going to do. On that Monday I had an e-mail with a firm price and a point by point of what is going to be done. A week later he came out and did the work in one day's time. He was very careful, the work was done properly, he answered all my questions. He gave me a copy of license (CT and NY) and insurance. He dug the holes down 2 feet/24 inches, used high quality cement and power-washed each piece of fence off before putting it back up. He also used screws to ensure my top and bottom rails didn't come out from the tongue and groove system. He also went the extra mile to do this on the fence that closed off the back of my yard and power washed that whole piece (50 feet). After the job was complete we walked through and he showed me all that he did. He cleaned everything up, took some extra debris away and cleaned up my yard. Wagner went 120% beyond what I needed.

The wood stockade fence job went quickly and very well. It is simply attached to a large chainlink fence which our neighbor has had up for a long time. The custom split wood driveway gate has been a severe disappointment. One of the sides quickly warped and dropped to an uneven height with the other side within a few short days. The gate continually got worse even after an attempt to re-level it. I will give Wagner credit for offering to replace one side and reinforce the other side which he did recently at no charge. But within 3 days, the same side dropped down again and now doesn't close well. I am going to find someone else to fix it or replace the whole thing. I appreciated Wagner's customer service throughout this painful process but I just wouldn't not use him for anything other than "standard" fencing installs.

We were extremely happy with this company. Wagner was the best. The removal of the existing fence was a difficult job. He did an amazing job and really wanted us to be happy with everything. I would highly recommend them.

Could not have gone any better. Wagner was a true professional. He was extremely responsive, gave me a very fair price and performed excellent work. I'm going to have Wagner repair/replace all of my fencing this Spring.

Wagner Robert did a great job replacing a wooden gate on the left side of our house. The gate is made of solid cedar, with strong metal hinges and a recoil mechanism. He also dug out and replaced the post to which the hinges are attached. The new post is pressure-treated wood. The color of the stain matches perfectly that of the wall.

We have two wooden gates. One was falling apart. It did not function at all as it was rubbing tightly against the adjacent upright. The second gate began having similar issues. One of the fence cross bars was rotten. Other providers had told us the gates and some adjacent posts needed to be replaced. Wagner was very honest and told us he could repair the gates so that they functioned perfectly. He came back a few weeks later and was true to his word. The gates look great and work better than new! It is a pleasure to be able to enter our back yard without a struggle.

Wagner was very prompt, professional, detailed to perfection. He even came out on a Sunday to drill the holes into the wall caps to prepare for the poles the next day. Height was matched up due to different heights of the wall so everything is even. black chain link fence looks awesome I received alot of compliments. Also no deer can attack my garden.

Wagner is extremely professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. He is talented at wheat he does, takes pride in his work, and communicated with us every step of the way, I highly recommend hiring him!

Robert Wagner did a great job in fixing my fence.  He added a piece that was "used" so that the fence looked complete.  He followed up and did a fantastic job.  I checked him out at the Consumer Protection Dept and no problem there.  My fence was falling down and missing a piece but I didn't want to replace it.  After Robert worked on my fence, it looks new again..very sturdy
and secure. I would use Robert for all of my fencing needs and would recommend him to anyone who needed a new fence or repair work.  I believe my fencing was a small job, it took all day and some of the posts needed to be replaced and other needed to be secured, one piece of fence needed to be replaced, other pieces were falling over, and Robert was okay with the small job.

Wagner is fantastic--We received 4 quotes from different companies and not only was Forever Fencing the best price, they were the most responsive and professional. We were not sure of our needs and kept switching our minds and Wagner was incredibly patient and even came out two extra times to measure and make sure we were completely comfortable with our decision.
Now that our fence is in it looks fantastic. Wagner is a gentleman, an artist, and a perfectionist. I can't say enough great things about him and this company.

Wagner was wonderful from the first moment. I put out a request for pricing and he was the first to respond. He was flexible about time and came to see e job site the same day we spoke- everyone else wanted more time. He immediately gave me a price that was VERY significantly better than the one my landscaper gave me. Then he delivered exactly as he said he would. On time. On budget, a clean neat job down perfectly in sweltering heat. Wagner and his team even world on the holiday because we were on such a tight timeline ( fence had to be up for our dog!)  He also cleaned the back deck and existing gates and they went from a grimy mess to perfectly clean and beautiful. 
i would definitely hire Wagner and his team again and will very soon for new front railings. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.
