Started in 1990 by Anthony Spina, Exclusive Testing Labs has grown from just soil testing to offering a full range of environmental testing and abatement services. Using state-of-the-art technology, our certified and trained technicians are able to successfully identify areas of hazardous concern, address the risk, and offer abatement/remediation solution options. Our Abatement team has the ability to tackle a job of any size, remove all hazards, and return your home or place of business back to a safe and risk free area. Our belief, at Exclusive Testing Labs, is that customer service is not only the experience that we deliver, but the promises that we make and keep, and our ability to follow through with each and every customer.

Anthony and his team were fantastic. Extremely responsive and went the extra mile to ensure I understood the findings from the tests, gave really unbiased advice and consultancy which I did not hesitate to use in my decision making process.
