Lee was professional and very timely in his responsiveness to my intitial request for service and my questions throughout the process. He replaced my motherboard and my computer is working as normal. I loved the pickup and delivery service. The only critique I have is that the cost of the repair exceeded the purchase price. That was a hard thing to swallow but I needed the repair made and needed it fast.

Lee was great. Very professional, explained what needed to be done in detail. Called me often to let me know how things were going. Installed an icon on my desktop so I ca contact him if I need his support. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and would contact him again if I should have any other computer problems.
