 + 0 moreMy partner and I came to the shop to review details once the job (window treatment for a Living Room) was underway for this particular client. Eva's did some sampling for us so we could select exactly the look that was necessary. Then they delivered and installed the treatments at our clients' home. They installed the window hardware which we had selected but which Eva's ordered. The installer was attentive to how the drapes fell and every detail of the operation.
Description of Work: I am an interior designer (Just North, LLC) and have used Eva's Decorators for many many years. Their workmanship is on a very high level and we have always been satisfied. If there is ever a problem they have fixed it gracefully. The people who actually do the sewing and upholstery are highly experienced.. Prices in my opinion correspond with the level of professionalism of this shop. It is important to have a good sense of what you want and to ask questions. There is a lot of subtlety in what is a fine craft. For example you might wish to bring pictures of the kind of pleating you are considering for a window treatment and the kind of fullness you expect. You may want to discuss carefully the kind of filling you would like in a reupholstery situation, and what each type of fill will do for the look.
