I BROUGHT THE COMPUTER IN TO BE FIXED. IT WAS ABOUT THE FOURTH TIME I HAD TO BRING THAT COMPUTER IN FOR THAT PARTICULAR PROBLEM SO I'D SAY THEY HAVEN'T DONE A GOOD JOB OF RESOLVING THE PROBLEM. IT'S SOMETHING STRUCTURALLY WRONG WITH THE COMPUTER SO IT KEEPS HAPPENING. IT'S A RECURRING PROBLEM. THE PEOPLE ON THE HELP DESK, THE SERVICE PEOPLE THERE, THEY'RE NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE SO I WASN'T VERY IMPRESSED.

IT'S ALRIGHT. IT'S JUST OKAY. I HAD TO WAIT IN LINE A WHILE. IT'S A NORMAL COURSE OF EVENTS. THE PRICE IS A PRICE. IT WASN'T EXCEPTIONAL. IT WAS OKAY. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS ACCEPTABLE.
