Interior Painting
I had to fire him after two days. Very little prep work was done. They slapped paint on without prepping the wood or walls first. Sloppy work. Crooked lines. Found paint on floors and windows. Dust everywhere! Carlos kept telling me that he's been a professional painter for 20 years, but you wouldn't know it from his work. I had him sign a very detailed, two-page contract, and he totally disregarded it.
