Ok - teeth cleaning & extraction. What made my rating go down is that they provide good veterinary Services but at exorbitant prices. The cleaning and tooth extraction on 2 4 yr old cats - they charged me $3200! There were no other issues with the cats. That’s 2 Dental implants for you and I. I got screwed again when I charged the amount to my CareCredit card. After a couple of months I noticed that the older items on my CareCredit account weren’t going down (By the end of each period as my payments were made always made on Time) I ātru tired my payments so that the older charges were paid off. But not this Time - I was Planning to pay off the teeth cleaning In a year. But the contract they gave me to sign for the teeth cleaning gave me 36 months to pay plus @ a “reduced” interest rāte of 15% which no one mentioned. No one mentioned the new terms - as a result, I thought the contract was the same (which I had read for a prior procedure). If I had known this, I would have put it on a cc where, @ least get miles. There was no such “incidence” when Dr. McKenzie headed up the hospital. If you bring your healthy pet here, you can be sure they will Find something wrong. Then prepare yourself for the prescriptions, the outrageously priced procedures and other costs. We had 2 pets die of old age and we asked the Vets @ Bond if they were dying (both were) but instead of giving us an honest answer, they suggested pricey ultrasounds and other procedures plus so many medications when it was clear to us we were just extending their lives. There was no quality of life for either of them - they were both clearly in pain. As a result, our dog and cat died very painful deaths. I believe they both would have been better off euthanized once we noticed the difficulties they were both going thru (they were both at the end of their expected lifespans). If you have pet Insurance, it won’t seem as bad, but if you are living on a fixed income and have no Insurance for your pet - beware. I found an excellent Veterinarian In Elmsford - Dr. Javier Diaz @ The Main St Animal Hospital. It used to be a Cats only Hospital, but now accepts dogs also. I would recommend him highly.

I have seen several doctors and vet techs here and have been happy with all of them.  Dr Greenburg is who has taken care of our cat the last few visits and provides exceptional care and communication (phone conversations to check in on the cat's condition and care plans).
I have been to several vets over the years while living in various parts of the Greater NYC area.  I am picky about who I like and trust with our cat.  This office, particularly Dr Greenburg, stands out.  She is knowledgeable, calm, friendly, pratical, and obviously enjoys her job.

Procedure went well and she was fine when we picked her up.  A little out of it, sleepy  until the next day.

I brought my 2 year old cat in for an annual check-up, immunizations, and to check out a little issue with her ear in late Feb. She was in need of a dental cleaning and something was detected in her ear that would be examined by Dr. Silva when my cat was anesthetized. It was possibly thought to be a polyp. I had some concerns re: the anesthesia and I spoke with someone in the office who left a message for Dr. Silva. She called me back shortly after and explained the entire process to me including the four types of monitors my cat would be on while the procedure was being performed. Dr. Silva was very passionate. All went well with the dental cleaning and the ear problem turned out to be a large amount of wax deep in my cat's ear which was removed. My bill was also adjusted to reflect an ear cleaning (instead of a minor tumor removal). Although not inexpensive, the bill came in much less than I anticipated which was nice. I really appreciate Dr. Silva's demeanor, patience and compassion. I've been to other vets before who talk in such technical terms, it's hard to process and make sense of what's going on. I did not experience this with Dr. Silva. I do have a follow-up appointment next week and expect that it will be fine based on my previous two experiences.

They are very good and show great care towards the animals. I feel confident in there recommendations and the care they provide. They provide good care from the vets to the technicians. They are very animal friendly and the facility is very clean and neat.

I went in with a sick kitten from the Westchesster Puppies and Kittens store. He had fluid on his lungs, an enlarged liver, and an enlarged heart. The vet did all the bloodwork and x-rays that she felt were needed. My kitten will be in an oxygen tent all day and tonight. He came from Westchester Puppies and Kittens store - NEVER go there; and also Dakota vets, with which they have a tie-in.

This is a very professional vet clinic. The staff are very nice. The vets seem entirely professional. However, they lost my confidence when they seemed a bit overeager to treat my dog's bladder stones with surgery, when I was interested in discussing other options. Then when we were discussing dietary approaches, they pressed me to purchase the very poor quality grocery brand that they sell themselves, one that is made mostly of corn and meat byproducts. I feel that a dog's diet is about the most important investment a dog "parent" can make for your dog, and I'm not about to feed mine a bag of crap like that. Also, I felt the vets weren't able to explain my dog's liver condition to me very well.

In order to take care of my mom's cat, we were given medication that would really wipe her out. The vet made a house call to determine what the problem was and take some samples. Then we followed up with a vet visit where a procedure could be performed at the office (of course, medication so we could pick her up and put her in the carrying case). Everything went well and she's back to being her obnoxious self.

I have gone there for a while now. Geoffrey I. McKenzie, DVM is the vet that had performed the surgery and he was very knowledgeable about the procedure. The staff is caring and professional.

They do an excellent job. It is expensive, but it is worth it. They are reliable and really care about the animals. I would recommend them to anyone because they are easy to work with and very helpful at the same time.

Dr. Bond is my regular veterinarian and has been for years. The hospital is always very clean and professionally run. I have always managed to get in on time with very little wait. I give Dr. Bond a high recommendation.

The procedure was actually done at another animal hospital, but done by Laurie Hess who we normally see at Bond and who is associated with both Bond and the other hospital. This was an emergency situation and I had made the mistake of taking my cockatiel to an entirely different hospital first. After no care I made arrangements to get my bird to Dr. Hess. The care was excellent, the professionalism was great and my cockatiel is getting better everyday.
