Nice facility and they monitor the dogs very carefully. They have a playground for the dogs and they can play with each other. This facility is just a very good facility. They are very nice, very caring with dogs.

Her groomer just started his own business, so we will be using him. I have been using them for about years. I was very satisfied with them, on everything.

I think they care about the pets. They watch them and make sure that they get whatever special needs they have. Most boarding places don't have anybody in the facility overnight, this place has it monitored by video so they can see if there's a problem. The dog that I brought there have problems with loud noises, fireworks and thunderstorms so they were able to monitor that and give her pet medicine. They also offer some kind of play, either group play if your dog is in to that, mine is not. Otherwise, two times a day they have somebody who play with her for half an hour.

I've been bringing my dog here to be groomed since the place opened, about 11 or so years. I've never been worried about leaving my baby there. Her groomer, Amir, always does a great job and I trust him completely with her. Everyone is pleasant, courteous, and caring. The place is clean and i feel the fee is fair.

My pups love playing with other dogs. I know I can leave them at Best Friends and they are safe, healthy and well cared for. Now... if only that webcam worked better.... :)

It was an awful experience. They forgot to feed my cat for two days. I bought my cats food and brought that to them to use to feed my cat. When I went to visit my cat to feed him I noticed their were more pouches of food left than their should have been which meant they were not feeding him. They only admitted to forgetting to feed him for one day instead of two, as if that made it any better. They told me I was making too much out of nothing. I also want to let others know that in the same sink that they wash food bowls there were dirty litter scoops sitting right next the food bowls. They also put a pitbull in "Kitty City" with the other cats and not with the other dogs. They felt this was ok because it was the assistant managers dog. When I complained to them about having the dog in "Kitty City" the manager tried to make a comparison that my cat should not be there because their were also birds in there and that maybe this area should just be for birds even though it is obvious that birds are there for the entertainment of the cats when clearly the dog was there for another reason. Their overall attitude and professionalism are horrible. I used them only because I was relocating to the area and had used the same business in Indianapolis and was very pleased. When I brought it up to them that their service was not as good as my experience in Indianapolis the manager said we are not Indianapolis! I went as high as the district manager with my complaint, but even the district manager was unreceptive to my complaint and wasn't happy that I was complaining. The district manager did take $200 off of my bill, which was nice but I am more worried about the well being of my cat.

He was very clean and they managed to cut his nails shorter than I expected (a good thing). Great flexibility in pick up times. He was ready just after lunch, but since my daughter was napping I couldn't pick him up until after 4:00. This was no problem. I was welcome to come get him any time before 7:00. My dog is always happy to go in and see the people working there. Other places he has been reluctant to even walk in the door after being groomed. They obviously treat him pretty well while he's there.

Best Friends Pet Care is very customer friendly. I don't think they do a fantastic job, but it is okay. I don't have a show dog, so I'm not that choosy. Their price is good compared to other places. They are friendly to dogs and customer friendly, too. I will use them again.

We got the Delighted Doggie package that includes a sweet treat at night as well as walking. We also added on a holiday meal of BBQ and a bath. The place is really clean and they will not let you bring your bedding. My dogs come home all wound up and wagging their tails.

We were having renovations done in our apartment and our cats couldn't stay there. We had never boarded our cats before and were having a hard time leaving them. The staff did a great job of easing our separation anxiety and fears that the cats wouldn't do well. Although the kennel does supply food, we were able to bring food from home so the cats wouldn't have to eat something they weren't used to. I was also able to leave a couple of favorite toys with them. Although we weren't able to leave the cats' beds, we saw that the beds the kennel supplied were actually better than what we have! We were also encouraged to call if we wanted updates on the cats and when I had to go in to extend their stay, I was given pictures of the cats to take with me. When my husband picked up the cats, they were both given report cards!
