 + -1 moreThey would explain everything to me what I needed to know about computers. They added 4GB memory to the Core that comes with the laptop. I loved every minute of the services they provided me. I enjoyed hanging out with their staff because they were really fun to be with. Absolutely, I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the Apple Store in Westchester Mall Ave. for any repairs and upgrade. I used them about a month ago and decided to go for an upgrade. They also added memory to the laptop I bought with them.

 + -1 moreIT WAS EXCELLENT. EVERYTHING REALLY WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE INFORMATIVE. THEY PROVIDED A SERVICE, AND THEY DID GOOD WORK SO THAT'S WHAT THEY DID.
Description of Work: THERE WERE SEVERAL DIFFERENT THINGS THAT HAD TO BE ADJUSTED ON THE IMAC. THEY BASICALLY GAVE ME A TUTORIAL ON HOW TO USE SOME OF THE THINGS THAT I WANTED DONE, LIKE SCREEN SAVERS AND LOADING PICTURES.
