 + -1 moreTHE PROBLEM WAS FIXED IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME AND FOR A REASONABLE COST. HE SAVED THE INFORMATION ON THE HARD DRIVE AT NO EXTRA COST AND WAS PLEASANT.
Description of Work: OUR LAPTOP COMPUTER WAS NOT BOOTING UP AND MY DAUGHTER HAD A REPORT FOR SCHOOL THAT SHE NEEDED. HE WAS ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
