They were able to successfully extract a tree under difficult conditions. Space was limited for them to maneuver around, but they made everything work. Tim is my go to tree care provider.

Tim and his team did an amazing job removing extremely large trees as well as overgrown shrubs throughout the property. The end result was even better that I could have expected, and they were all professional and courteous throughout.

The three workers were professional and efficient. Tim had explained to them what the job involved. They even trimmed a small tree overhanging our garage roof, without my having asked. I was very pleased. The price was very reasonable.

After 30 years as a homeowner, we recently faced our biggest challenge and All American Tree Care came to the rescue with flying colors. From our initial panicked phone call that we had a large tree fall on our roof, Tim was on site within an hour to survey our situation. He took control with his expertise and professional manner and put us at ease. His team is fantastic! They worked like an Army on our property, did an amazing job and left our yard and roof as clean as the inside of our house. We can't rave enough about our experience and would recommend All American Tree Care for any job from a small bush to a massive tree.

Tim and his crew are very professional, efficient and clean up after very well. We needed to either prune or remove a few trees on our property. We got multiple quotes and even had an arborist look at the trees. Tim not only identified the right tree to cut but also quoted a fair price. Once his crew started cutting the tree, it was clear that it was diseased. We are glad we went with Tim’s decision and his reasoning on why we should remove that particular tree made sense. Mind you the other arborist who looked at the tree and gave us a quote suggested we keep and trim the diseased tree and remove a healthy tree instead. Thank you Tim and crew. Would highly recommend and use them again.

The team from All American Tree Care came, completed the job and left us with smiles on our faces. They did EXACTLY what we asked for. They ground stumps, removed roots and did a professional clean up. The work was completed in one day and my standards were met.

Tree removal & pruning

Tim was excellent. They removed several +50ft trees in an afternoon and at a much more competitive rate than other contractors in our area. The crew even cleaned up the yard and hauled out leaves after hauling out the trees. Not a trace of stumps. We've used him in the past and will be on any other tree removals in the future.

Tim is a very knowledgeable and professional guy. He showed up promptly for a consultation and provided a competitive price the same day. We initially agreed to remove four trees but I decided to remove one more tree on the day of the project and he was able to accommodate my request despite his crew’s busy schedule. Tim’s crew was did an amazing job; they were efficient, thorough and careful. I was impressed with the quality of the work and I will definitely use All American Tree for any future work.

Good job cutting trees. Awful pruning, ruined a tree and refused to resolve the work and make it right. Took down an entire limb that should not have been cut.

Tim's a really good guy and his team works fast. I met a number of tree companies over the years, hired one (Bartlett). I would hire Tim - and only Tim - for tree pruning and removal in the future.

It was very easy to schedule/work with All American Tree Care. They came when they said they said they would and cleaned up well, shredded all the wood and handled things very safely and went out of their way to make sure the property was protected from the fallen tree.

Extremely well . Employees were prompt, professional and courteous, They did an excellent job removing a very large and decaying Maple tree . Their fee was very reasonable . In addition they left the property in pristine condition. We will definitely be using them in the future!

Not only does he price the job fairly, he's pretty skilled at advising on navigating the treacherous waters where neighbors are involved. In the end, everyone gets something and walks away happy - and with more light and healthy trees!

The men were very professional and careful with the yard and all the plants. The price was very competitive and the service was superior. The tree branches were trimmed down the way we wanted them to look and the owner, Tim, took great care in making sure that our beautiful maple tree in the front yard was trimmed evenly and to our satisfaction. Mr. Khachetoorian was extremely fair on price and timing was perfect. We had several trees removed and others trimmed. The job was very neat and done to the exact agreement we had. Don’t bother to call if you live in Yonkers. The man answering the phone asked me three times where I live when I told him Yonkers. He sounded like he couldn’t hear me, or couldn’t believe that I was calling him. He sharply said “We don’t go to Yonkers.” And added with an attitude “Sorry, I can’t help you” , like I had a problem, before quickly hanging up on me. I understand that companies have a right to pick and choose where they service. But I’ve hired companies who have travelled much farther to do work for me. Also, this guy has a lot to learn about tact and courtesy. Definitely lacking people skills. He actually did me a favor by turning down the work, since I don’t have to deal with him again.

Gentleman who answered the phone said he was to busy to come to Yonkers for just cutting limbs.

Tim was always available whenever I called. I am not sure if he had the best price in town, but I was so impressed with his professionalism, availability and the quality of his crew's work that I did not feel the need to shop around. His team removed a dead tree on my property that was a huge hazard, including the stump, and trimmed several trees that were in dire need of maintenance. The trees look healthy and balanced. The team came on a Saturday morning and were done in about four hours. Beautiful job. Will definitely hire again.

I set up a meeting same day I called and was happy with our walk through of my property and hired him that day. They did a good job in preparation, execution as well as a good cleanup.
