Mr. De Mondo worked even while it was raining. Talk about dedication. Was delayed somewhat because it rained all week but he came on Saturday to finish

2009- gutted, resheetrocked, and installed new bathroom in classic 1930s Catskill Log Cabin
- replaced rusty galvenized pipes with new water lines
- replaced rotten wood and reroofed where needed
- leveled home and reinforced piers
-replaced faucet valves of vintage faucets keeping the original vintage faucets intact.
- prepped and painted log cabin
2010- leveled second log home including painting
2013- reroofed and made a custom front door for our classic log cabin

I cannot state strongly enough as to how professional Mike De Mondo and 3k contracting is. I have used them for many years and could not be happier with every aspect of his work, the pricing and perhaps most importantly the willingness to be there after the initial work was done... its rare that when you do construction that there aren't things that need to be addressed after the contractor leaves. In the case of Mike he never had a problem coming back to make sure that everything was taken care of and that we were thoroughly satisfied.
