 + -1 moreIt went great. The were fast, did what they said they were going to do. I'll definitely be going back and I'll be spreading the word. Finally a garage where they know what they're doing and that I can trust.
Description of Work: Fixed several things that were wrong with my 04 Chevy Colorado. It had starting and stalling issues and clunking in the front end on turning or going over bumps. I thought the old truck was a goner but these guys came through.

 + -1 moreMy experience is always outstanding. They have ALWAYS taken me in the same day I call AND they complete whatever needs to be done the same day! I was shocked when they offered me a car to drive home so I didn't have to wait there. I was impressed they called me shortly after I left to let me know the details of their findings. They had to call around to find new tires for my car. They had to go all the way from Westmoreland to Chittenango and back to get them and replace them on my car. They also took care of my old tires for me. I also had my exhaust system completely replaced and fixed. There was a funny sound that continued as I drove away. I turned around and took it back immediately. The owner, Jerry immediately looked at it and fixed it! Took maybe 10 minutes. All this was done the same day I called and there were many other customers to service that day. So they have their act together, are very efficient, respectful and kind to everyone that walks through their doors. I am a woman that knows a bit about cars but not everything. These guys are HONEST AND FAIR with their findings and pricing. I trust them and this says A LOT about the integrity of the people running this business and those performing repairs. These guys are my top pick and have my business forever because of it. They are thorough and will give a full detailed report about what they did that day and keep it on file in their computer system. So I obviously highly recommend Jerry Smith and Sons to everyone looking for fast, honest, quality service. PS: My boyfriend is a faithful customer also. He drives his own car hundreds of miles a week for his work. He needs a reliable Auto Service like this to keep him safe and on the road at all times . They always take him in the same day and repair is done the same day as well. He recommended them to me and I'm so glad he did!
Description of Work: Changed Full Synthetic Oil and Inspection. A few months before this, Repair on my 2001 Olds Alero. I can not remember the actual dates of service or the exact price I was charged. I do remember the pricing was good/average. There wasn't a space in this questionnaire to state the services were completed, so I am stating it here that the work they did on my car was completed and in the same day!
