Technician arrived within one hour and replaced water heater.  Price was exactly what was quoted.  Took a little longer than anticipated due to lack of gas shutoff and tank dimensions were different than old tank.  Great service as usual.

The installation of the new hot water heating system was performed as scheduled and the quality of the workmanship was excellent.  The team insured that the system was thoroughly tested and free of any leaks. The area was meticulously cleaned when the work was completed.  Overall, I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work preformed and the new heating system.

It went pretty well. We had to get a newer model but they honored the old price. They were very honest and professional.

I was out of heat overnight and they came out and checked everything and it turned out my thermostat was bad. They came out really quickly and they were really cheap so I really can't complain. The price wasn't bad for a service call. I would definitely call them and use them again and I did recommend them to my mother.

I thought that they did a pretty good job. They came right out and it was a Sunday. It was an emergency situation. The price was normal considering that it was an emergency and it was a weekend.

We used this same company to replace our furnace a while back. At the time they gave us information on central AC, but we just couldn't afford it. When we finally had enough, we called several places, but again chose City Suburban. They are quick, efficient and have very fair prices. For the first time in years we are comfortable!!!!! With several allergy sufferers, the AC has been a huge help. We would never hesitate to recommend this company.

They were on time, and did what they had to do. They were very good. I would use them again.

They were very good. They come when they tell me. They do the job when they do. They're very clean and meticulous. Their price was a little bit more reasonable than the ones we dealt with in the area.

It went well. I wasn't sure what I wanted done to start with. I was given a quote for central air, and then a cosmetic wall unit mini split system. I then talked to them again and went with a standard shaped mini split system in 2 locations, and a ceiling cassette in another. The salesman made himself very available in the evenings, and weekends. He was very responsive, and professional. The job was well done, and 30% less than another quote I received.

Chris and the whole crew were great. Did everything as planned, did a great job, and they were courteous and professional.
