Architectural Service
Initially, Mr. Vero was professional and dedicated. As the project progressed, however, his attention to detail diminished and he started disregarding my calls. For the last 18 months I have attempted to compel him to complete the job and file the necessary paperwork with the town of Brookhaven. I have called him over 150 times and despite being paid in full, he still has not completed the job. I have no certificate of occupancy and was just informed by an independent electrician that the electrical wiring was not done properly and needs to be replaced. I advised Mr. Vero that I would be suing him in small Claims Court and he replied ''Go ahead, I would do that if I were you, also''.
