Liberty Locksmiths

At around 5:30pm, I pulled into the driveway of my home in Suffolk County (Eastern Long Island) after a 2 hour drive and realized I had forgotten my key.   I called the first locksmith whose big online ads popped up first on a Google Search. They promised that a locksmith would arrive in 20-30 minutes, but called back to say I was "too far East" to service.  I tried the 2nd locksmith with a big online ad next, and within 20 minutes, got the same call - I was "too far East".  By now I had been locked out for 45 minutes, but was back to square one.  I finally tried Liberty Locksmiths, and they saved the day! The gentleman I spoke to explained the pricing on the phone, which I appreciated, and said he'd be there in 10 minutes. He was. The first thing he did was verify that the home was mine -- I also appreciated that.  Then he began work, and within minutes I was nice and warm inside my home, and he had managed to do it without breaking my deadbolt, which would have required replacing the lock. I had to write this review because I was really impressed with Liberty Locksmith's professionalism, punctuality, and value.  From now on, they will be my first call.
