Do not hire!!! We hired Fidele Solutions to re-glaze, clean, and restore our windows. The team did remove some of the old storm windows; however, in doing so, they caused thousands of dollars in damage to the windows, frames, shutter and glaze. We chased Ari, the Fidele Solutions owner, for weeks to come back and finish the job. Eventually, he said they just can not do it . He also has not refunded us for the damages.
