Our first architect on this project quoted us an estimate that was so high that we were about to give up on the project. After a consultation with FD we came up with a new plan that brought the job in at a third of the price. Dennis is organized and highly responsive. All in all it was a great experience.

We hired Dennis and Mike for our home renovation project based on their experience and the fact they committed to executing the project within our agreed budget and timeline. Now that the project is over, we are happy with our decision as they did finish by the date we had agreed, stayed within the agreed budget and delivered with the quality we were expecting. They were very nice and professional to deal with. They proactively made recommendations to make certain improvements along the way, some of which we ended up going for and now in hindsight were the right thing to do. They also work with their own crew which made us felt more comfortable from an overall delivery, quality and security perspective. In summary, we'd recommend them to others looking to do renovation work as well.

The structural work was done promptly and expertly. A couple of things needed to be ordered so there was some waiting involved.Subcontracts required some attention, however all work was done in an expert manner and Dennis and Co were always helpful and courteous. Recommend to all

It was a big job, but Green Clean did a very good job. Some places were not cleaned (inside book cases, underneath area rug) We plan to hire Green Clean again and to leave a reminder note to attend to specific areas. Dennis was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
