Cliff Richardson contacted me within an hour and was here the following morning to check out the problem. While he wasn't able to do the work because it required someone with a backhoe, he was able to diagnose it right away and tell me what needed to be done. He was friendly, courteous, and most of all RESPONSIVE. In addition, he didn't even charge us for the visit. We will *definitely* be using them in the future for any other problems we have.

WE LEFT A MESSAGE IN THE MORNING AND THEY CALLED BACK BY DINNER TIME AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY. THEY WERE HERE ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ARE EXPERTS IN THIS AREA. THEY HAD THE REPLACEMENT PARTS ON THEIR TRUCK AND DIDNT HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

IT WAS AN EMERGENCY SITUATION. I ASKED THREE SEPARATE PEOPLE WHO SAID HE WAS THE MOST HONEST PERSON THEY EVER MET IN THEIR LIFE. HE WAS HONEST AND QUICK. HE CAME HERE THAT DAY AND BEGAN WORK THE NEXT MORNING. HE SHOWED ME EVERY SINGLE THING HE DID AND EXPLAINED TO ME WHY HE DID IT. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRICE.
