 + -1 moreAll I can say is that he was nice on the phone, but twice he made an appointment, and twice he failed to appear - never called to reschedule or apologize, just didn't show up. It happened once a few years ago and again recently. This did not seem like a good sign to me. I decided we needed somebody reliable, and went with Culligan. They are expensive but very professional.
Description of Work: Made appointments with me to go over the water purification system he installed for the previous owner of our home.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. THEY WERE VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS. WE HAVE A VERY COMPLICATED WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM AND HE IS ONE OF THE FEW COMPANIES IN THE AREA THAT PROVIDES THE PRODUCTS FOR THE SYSTEM I HAVE AND INSTALLS THEM AS WELL.
Description of Work: THEY PUT A CHEMICAL IN THE WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE NICE AND COME WHEN I CALL. THEY BILL ME. WE HAVE SULFUR WATER. WHEN HE COMES THE WATER DOES SMELL BETTER BUT THE WATER STILL COMES OUT OF THE SINK BLACK. EITHER HIS SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK OR IT ISN'T THE CORRECT SYSTEM FOR THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM. WHEN I TALK TO HIM HE JUST SAYS THAT HE CAN FIX IT BUT IT DOESN'T EVER GET FIXED.
Description of Work: THEY COME THREE TIMES PER YEAR. THEY DID A PEROXIDE AND CHLORIDE TREATMENT AND FILTER.
