Several parts to this project and some were adequate. Work commenced May of 2019 and dragged on for several months. RE-STAIN LARGE WOODEN DECK: Crew was inexperienced and had to be watched. Several spots were left unfinished and remain so today. One crew quit and walked away. Others fought with Mr. Grass on the job. Very unprofessional. Mr Grass refused to complete work. RE-SCREEN ENCLOSED DECK: Screening work was never finished. Screens installed but not fastened. Screening detached, fell down and remains so today. Mr. Grass refused to complete work. REPLACE TRELLIS: New plastic trellis installed on one wall of screened room. Trellis partially collapsed, broke and remains so today due to faulty installation. (photos available) INSTALLATION OF WATER FILTER SYSTEM & FAUCET: Work was adequate but later inspection revealed that the water filters were never fastened to wall in basement. I (the owner) had to finish that. (Photos available) DECK SHORING: Adequate but newly shored deck still sags at the center. Grass said he couldn't fix that. (Photos available) OTHER ISSUES: Lack of Pressure washer, Lack of operating capital. Lack of transportation. All in all, a hugely aggravating experience.
