Of all of the dealerships around town, they are by far my favorite. They are professional, and remember who I am. They are on the money time wise, if they make a quote, they stay with it, or come in under.

I had six months left on my lease when I received a letter inviting me to discuss my lease and talk about options. I arrived hoping to lease a corolla for about $200 a month or less. The salesperson quickly talked me into leasing another corolla and I foolishly signed the lease agreement and I take responsibility for that but the more I thought about it I realized I fell for a classic bate and switch. I am paying $419 a month and put down almost $3000. Sounds to me I got a terrible deal! I was the fool but I'll NEVER lease or buy from Westbury again!

I needed to make a same-day appointment, as I had been unaware until that morning that my state inspection would be expiring at midnight. They were quick to assist, and also got in my 15,000 mile service. Always a quick turnaround there!

This is the service center I bring my truck to for all my maintenance for the better part of 3 1/2 years. I have tried some local repair shops and even a closer Toyota service center but have only had problems. The mechanics do pretty good work here unfortunately it is more expensive than a local shop. The service advisors I have dealt with originally tried to sell me on unnecessary repairs however I don't like to do additional work without researching if it is needed and after awhile they stopped pushing the add ons. I appreciate that they can usually get me in for a repair within a couple of days and have given me a loaner of the same model truck when repairs took longer than expected. That is not to say I have not had any issues, about two years ago I made an appointment for 9am and brought my truck in. Upon getting to the service center the service advisor claimed there was no record of my appointment and didn't take my truck in to be worked on until 12. At about 1230 he then told me there was no way they could finish the repair before the end of the day and gave me a loaner. As I had things to do and no other options I took the loaner. After the repair was finished I spoke with the customer sure ice manager who told me the appointment was in the computer and the repair should have taken only 2 hours. She also promised it would never happen again. Since then my truck has always been brought in right away and I have been offered a loaner each time since. Coincidently this is also the time they stopped upselling extra repairs. I have noticed that if I use a different service advisor that my experience doesn't go as well so I try to stick with the guy that's used to me. I had tried finding a local repair shop to get my routine maintenance done but after speaking with the customer service manager and things actually changing for the better I see no reason to go anywhere else at this time.

We had to get to our sister/sister in laws birthday party in the afternoon and wanted to purchase a car that same day, we arrived at Westbury Toyota at 11:00am on a Saturday and were able to test drive a few cars, we realized the Prius C was a nice car but we wanted the standard Toyota Prius, not the C.
Alex alerted us to a 2012 that was in the showroom that he could work a very amenable deal for us and without taking up too much of our time.
The option was to purchase a 2013 or a 2012 from their showroom at a below invoice price, a new car with a very low interest rate.My wife and I selected the 2012 and got a great car, top honors from Consumer Reports and did it with a dealership that respected our time and also budget.
We'll be back for service and if we ever require another new car.

They were very good. They were honest and reliable. They really helped us out, when no one else would. They went way above and beyond. I am very impressed. When they are honest and lay it all out on the line for you, it is priceless. In today’s world, everything is a fight and a struggle. Then you go to these people and they are reliable and compassionate, it means the world. I was so impressed with that. I would recommend them to anyone. I do not think that I will ever deal with any other dealer again. I will never use anyone else.

Usually, when you're dealing with the dealers, they tend to be pretty professional. They're not always cheap and sometimes, they were a little higher in price but they're usually very reliable. The pricing is typical for dealer pricing, not outrageous but not as cheap as you might get from your local repair plan. They're just very thorough and professional. They guarantee their work and I feel very comfortable dealing with them. I know I'm going to get quality Toyota parts as opposed to some knock-off recycled parts. There's just confidence and peace of mind basically dealing with them.

It was really expensive because it's a dealership. They gave me a full estimate ahead of time that was very detailed and in writing. You can also look at your equipment on the internet and it's very detailed. I found that to be easier than doing it on the phone because they give you lists of what can be wrong with your car. I remembered some things that I hadn't thought of when I first called. It was very helpful to do that online. They are very polite and very well-organized. They have that service where they drive you home and pick you up again.

They were great. Oh my goodness, it is a fabulous place. We had a great salesman and he really helped us a lot. The business manager, the salesman, and everyone there were all terrific. As a matter of fact, turns out, I met my cousin there. I didn't even know he was shopping. It's a great vehicle and we are very pleased with it. We are very pleased with the service we got there. It's a great place. We didn't even make an appointment we just walked in off the street. We bought a car that day and we didn't even expect to. They got it registered and they asked for my insurance company and worked everything out with them. They were excellent. The car had 8,000 miles on it and it was top of the line. It was a pretty good deal. I mean can you walk out with a two year old car under 10,000 miles. It is like getting a brand new car. It's been wonderful and I love driving it.

I like the car that I purchased. I have been getting anywhere from 45 to 50 miles per gallon. It is adequate for me. It has a hatchback, it drives very nicely and it is comfortable. The salesman was very helpful. The car I bought at Westbury Toyota Services Center was the only one in stock that was what I wanted so I had few options for leverage in negotiating a price. I liked the color and I really wanted it so I couldn't get anything off the price. My salesman was very helpful; I got plenty of follow-ups, postcards and phone calls to make sure I was happy. He wasn't pushy.

They are very good people. I would highly recommend them. They are very conscientious about their work and call you to see if you're satisfied.
