I thought they had done a good job, but afterwards saw that an entire side of the carpet under the couch had not been cleaned at all.. it was disgusting and too late to call them back to do it properly before our guests arrived.

Went very well from start to finish. Extremely happy with the results and reasonable cost. Plan to use them again for simmilar services. Would highly recommend them to others who need carpet cleaning service. Products used are echo friendly.

This is the second visit with John from Spotless Cleaning. He does an excellent job of steam cleaning my carpet and furniture. He has also cleaned the carpets of my neighbor and daughter, and are both equally pleased with his work. He works h****** getting rid of stubborn stains and makes sure that I am satisfied with the work performed. I recommend him without any reservation.

Spotless cleaned carpeting in entire apartment, including steps and landing. John is very personable, he was quick, he was very thorough, and very reasonable on price (gave best price doing the same work). I would definitely use his services again, and I am considering using him to clean my tile.
