It was excellent , was on time it was on time friendly polite and did a good job.

It was great, fixed it right away on the same day, reasonable price, quick and fast.

I had a problem with my Washer, the service mechanic Paul came over to diagnose the problem. Paul had to order a drain pump and hose in order to fix the washer, He was back in 2 days as promised! Paul also told me how to clean out the filter and what the proper soap i should be using. Paul was amazing thorough diagnosis, quick repair and kept his promise. Happy Family, Clean Cloths, Great Job, Respected My Time by Being on Time.

He is honest and educates me on how to use the products. Very timely, helpful reliable and informative.

Tech arrived within timeframe given , also a phone call to alert when on the way was helpful . Tech had the parts on the truck needed to repair my dishwasher same day . He also gave me some helpful hints to best use my dishwasher . Will use again !

My dishwasher wasn't properly installed. The work done by Planet Appliance was more than I could have hoped for. Not only was the lock piece that had broken off replaced, but it was researched to be sure it was correct. For the first time since installation it is now secured to the wall,and won't "walk out" as before. I would call Planet Appliance again if I need any appliance work in the future.

Paul was super professional and very knowledgeable. He was quick to answer the call and contacted me 30 minutes before arrival time. Job was completed in a timely manner and he even fixed another appliance for me while he was here at a reasonable cost.

I only use them now for the things that do not need an extended warranty. They don't care about you once the sale is complete. The salesmen just tell you where things are instead of helping you find it. Steve, the audio guy, is the only one there that shows an ounce of caring. Overall, they don't seem to have a high level of customer service.
