The repairman, checked the price for the replacement part, delivery charge and labor and recommended buying a new dryer, rather than paying to repair this one. Very honest and professional. Burt told me he has been doing this work for 30 years, 15 for Park Avenue. He really knows his field!

Burt was competent and thorough. Arrived when he said; was quick to diagnose the problem; made the repairs with skill. He communicated everything he was doing and charged fairly for his work. I have only the highest praise for him and would recommend him.

First the repair person (Burt) come on time, witch is unusual and did the job skillfully with a lot of patience. It was a difficult job. The best part was he didn't try to beat me up on the price, it was exactly what he quoted me. Thanks again Park Avenue
