+ -1 moreThe whole house purchasing experience took a few months and from beginning, pre-approval, to end, mortgage loan, Ms. Santoro was our mortgage rep. It was a smooth experience with no major bumps since she made sure all the i's were dotted and the t's crossed.
Description of Work: Ms. Stephanie Santoro, VP Sales, is a class act and a true professional. She made the whole experience from pre-approval to a mortgage loan, seem like a walk in the park. My husband and I now own our first house and Ms. Santoro was a great member of our purchasing team. We recommend her 150%! She's knowledgeable, very friendly, approachable, detailed and an awesome professional. She's a mortgage rep. you need and want on your side.

Description of Work: I got the loan from them as well as refinanced it later to a lower interest rate. Ask for Stephanie Santoro, she is the best.
