I hired Mr. Jones Construction, on November 21, 2017, after seeing good reviews on Angie's List. I informed my Jones, it appears I may have a leak because of the brown spots on the ceiling. He advised he would try to find the source of the water, by going into the drywall. He went into the drywall in the ceiling and advised he did not know where the water was coming from and patched the wall back up. For that, he charged $1500 for opening the wall and closing it, never finding the source of the leak. He advised, "f you see patches on the ceiling again call me and I'll see what I can do." I saw patches again indicating water was still leaking. He said, "It's probably coming from the Bay Window with the Metal Sheet." He recommended someone by the name of Scotts Sheet Metal, to whom I paid $1400.a leak. After Hurrican Michael, my ceiling completely caved. However, I called Mr. Jones and advised him my ceiling just caved and water is dripping into my home as if someone turned on a faucet. I sent him a video of the incident. I was very emotional and upset and after several conversations later, Mr. Jones advised, he will not help me rectify the problem. A problem in which I paid him $1500 to render services and he simply went into the ceiling's drywall and advised well there's no water here, that will be 1500! I paid an additional $1400 for service that was not necessary to my bay window. I was very disappointed at the lack of professionalism and the fact that I paid him $1500 and he did nothing to rectify the initial problem. I will never hire one on Angie's List, simply because of this guy. I am unable to download the video at this time. Judith Delancy
