John is a great guy to work with. He calls you back the same day you leave a message ??. I had 3 estimates and his was the most reasonable, especially for the upgraded materials he was using and what he was doing for you. His crew was the best! I did a full rip and replace they were at my house at 7am and were done by 2pm, amazing! They went above and beyond! My house was spotless when they left! I would definitely recommend using John’s company.

I had been given a run-around by another roofer. I had a leaking roof and I needed somebody to come and fix it quick. One guy couldn't even be bothered to call me back! I had water coming in to my daughter's bedroom and the ceiling was bulging down. I had to climb my fat 55 year old butt on the roof myself to attempt a repair. Which I did. And .... it worked. However, my roof was old and it needed to be replaced. John was recommended by a friend so I looked him up and he had great reviews here. I called him and got his answering machine that said he calls every body back that day between 4:00 and 7:00 (I think those were the hours). I left a message and guess what? HE CALLED ME BACK THAT DAY!! A small miracle these days. He said he would be there the next morning to give an estimate. and guess what? He showed up on time as he said he would! Another miracle. I had solar panels on my roof so I had to have them removed first. Once they were down, John was there the next day and he banged out my roof from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM. His guys were quick and neat. They were immaculately clean! He charged me $14,300 for the strip and shingle job on a 50 year roof. It is almost impossible to find people who can return calls and show up when they say they will. John also did a great job! Thank god for John. I really needed somebody to dome through for me. John Goess did just that.

John Goess Roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof. Although John wasn't my cheapest quote, he was close enough and I wanted to go with a roofer that believes in hand nailing roof shingles in, since it's way better for longevity of roof shingles staying in place and prevents damaging them during installation. Every other roofer uses nail guns, but John's crew does things the old fashioned and better way by hand nailing. My old roof was completely ripped off, the plywood that needed to be replaced was replaced, and my beautiful new roof was installed all within 8 hours. John answered all of my phones calls when I called him and was very patient in explaining the whole process. I highly recommend John Goess Roofing!

John provided a detailed quote and his team replaced my roof in one day. They were very professional from start to finish. Marcos is the foreman of the team and he was there every step of the way. They made sure they addressed every concern I had and did a thorough cleanup once they completed the installation. Once the job was complete Marcos did a "walk around" with me to be sure I was satisfied with the job. I would definitely use them again if needed and wholeheartedly recommend that you consider him if you need a new roof or repairs to an existing one.

I have not been up on the roof but 99%l the waist was cleaned up. I had one problem with a TV cable, I called John and he said he would have a look. A few days latter I looked and it was fixed.

The day after a major snowstorm, I did not expect for the job to go on as scheduled. To my surprise, John's crew showed up, shoveled paths for themselves, completed the job and did an amazing job of cleaning up. John is prompt and professional and his crew is friendly and diligent. I highly recommend hiring John for a new roof.

Materials were delivered at 6:45AM as John said, then the stripping crew showed between 6:50 and 6:55, and within minutes thereafter they were protecting my shrubs, etc. When that was completed, the stripping crew was up on the roof removing the old shingles. As soon as they could, the crew that was to put the new roof on, started. All went well and they finished up about 2:10PM. As for the quotes I received, John Goess Roofing was very reasonable for the same system, and he did what I thought was a little more than expected. One of the pluses was that his crew hand nailed all the shingles rather than use multiple compressors, and no loud radios.

It was an outstanding job! John not only moved us up on his schedule to allow us to have the house ready for a graduation party, he did everything that one would expect from a true professional. What quality of service.

Work was conducted beautifully. John Goess and his guys showed up early, on time. He had an army of guys with him. They did a great job in only one day, under hot 95 degree weather. They applied tarps and protected my bushes and landscaping. Clean up was spotless. Not one nail left in my driveway. Price was very reasonable. Very Happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had John replace my roof last summer and couldn't have been happier. He was one of three estimates I received and his price was more than fair compared to other bids. He arrived for the estimate on time with a helper who went on the roof to do an inspection. The contract was clearly laid out and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The materials were dropped off a day in advance and the job took about half a day for our small ranch style house. They cleaned up after themselves, though be aware there will always be pieces of shingles and nails found after the fact. Like numerous others of reviews on here about this company, I highly recommend John Goess Roofing.

From the estimate to the clean up...professionalism at its finest. I was concerned because my gutters were only a few years old and I didn't want them damaged. John assured me they would be fine and they were. The job went smoothly and his crew is most courteous. I chose Timberline UltraHD shingles for my roof and it looks beautiful. Couldn’t be any happier. Amazing company from owner to entire crew. Highly recommend. I had three layers of roofing. They had a crew to remove everything and when they were done my house was immaculate, as if they were never there. The knowledge, value for top of the line product, professionalism etc I can go on and on was amazing and priceless.

Awesome experience, had some wind damage to roof after a snowstorm. I took some picture of the damage and John was able to quote me from the photos. He scheduled a time, came and fixed the damage well. He even repaired some damaged tar around the plumbing vent. I know I am in need of a new roof and I will definitely call him to do the roofing job. No need to shop around.
