Essential Pro Home Improvement came highly recommended by five families in my neighborhood, and I am so glad I choose them. They did a roof replacement back extension on my home because it was sinking and there was a huge gap where there was a family of squirrels residing in that space. Essential Pro literally came in and resolved the issue. I was kept up to date with pictures and details which made me very comfortable and put me at ease while I was working. Could not be happier with the results. The crew showed up, as promised, every morning promptly at 8 AM to start work for the day. They were professional and courteous and the work area was cleaned up at the end of each day. I hired Essential pro home improvement inc to replace my roof and gutters. They provided a detailed statement of work that was going to be performed. There were no hidden fees or surprises. I was very pleased with the work and the fact the team keep the property very clean. Work was performed in a professional and timely manner. I am also in the process of replacing my windows with them. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and honest contractor

Carlos is very knowledge and his team was very professional with their work. He was upfront and clear about everything he was going to do to make sure the job was done right. There was a minor issue after the job was completed (not his fault, it was unpredictable). I gave him a call, he did not hesitate to drive over 60 miles just to figure out what the issue was. Figured it out and fixed the issue. Carlos put customers first and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that needs work on their roof.

The process to remove and replace my roof went very very well. I was well informed throughout the process step by step. The skylight was also replaced. I was given support in helping to choose a color for my Spanish tiles. We were all excited to see how absolutely wonderful the color was for my home. There was also an additional smaller job that needed to be done at my home. I found that the same professional service was provided.This company has met and exceeded my expectations.I would highly recommend this company because of their honest and professional manner that they worked on my home.

The new roof looks great. They removed the old shingles, replaced the rotted wood where necessary and installed a new roof. They also installed new soffit and gutters. The crew is very professional and their attention to detail is amazing. After requesting a lot of estimates from different companies, I chose Nisi for the quality of work they offer and I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend them.

It went very well.  Spoke to Carlos at noon with exact manuf. and name of shingle needed.  He called back promptly; said he was able to get it and install late this afternoon.  Came when he said they would and was professional.  I would definitely use this company again.

At 64 yrs old I had many dealings with contractors. NISI Home Improvement is by far the best contractor I've ever delt with. The attention to detail, quality of workmanship is unsurpassed. Their price was very, very competitive. I planned on having a garage door company install a new door. The price the garage door company quoted was $1200 with no other work to be done and the top 6" were to be hidden because I had low head room. NISI looked at the problem and raised the header, squared up the frame, poured a new concrete pad for a level door bottom all for $1,000. NISI also bumped out my window moulding to give a more architectural look to my windows. The soffits were redesigned to give a more natural look to an old multi angled soffit. They replaced old plywood and framing on the rear of my garage adding many, many more years to a 80 yr old structure. BTW they did not charge me any additional labor charges for these improvements and none of these items were even discovered during estimate phase. I just picked up the cost for the additional materials. The crew is outstanding, polite, courteous, no cursing, cleaned up daily for at least 30 minutes prior to leaving They have a fleet of modern, equipment packed vehicles. In summary after my work was completed many neighbors asked for my contractors name and number because they were so impressed with their quality of work. And yes my neighbors(2) did have work done by NISI within months of my jobs completion. I've never submitted or offered a recommendation in my life but, NISI was the company that I felt deserved my time and praise. I will always use and recommend NISI Home Improvement in the future

Amazing! Professional, courteous, fair. Overall, fabulous job.

After meeting with 6 or 7 roofers/contracters, we were given Nisi's info from a colleague of a family member who used them twice. Their price was about $4000 less than our previous lowest estimate and even half of some others for the same amount of work. We we able to schedule the job about 4 weeks out and then Hurrcane Sandy hit. Marvin, the owner, called me a couple days after the hurricane to say he had a cancellation the following week and could start the job that Monday. Even though our entire neighborhood was w/o power, they brought generators and started first thing Monday morning. It was supposed to be a 2-3 day job, but then it snowed on Wednesday. They came Wednesday morning before the snow to make sure everything was ok and nothing happened overnight, and then they returned over the weekend, after all the snow had melted so they could finish the job. Overall, they were very professional and courteous and extremely easy to deal with. I couldn't be happier with their work and will use them when we replace our siding.
