ELEGANTE GRANITE & MARBLE

I TOTALLY LOVE ELEGANTE!!! (All caps intentional) We mainly dealt with Brett as our contact. He was not only patient, but extremely knowledgeable and bent over backwards to complete our work before Thanksgiving. I had visited a number of fabricators and had looked at several different stone yards. When I walked into Elegante, I didn't even have an appointment and Brett was even on his lunch break, yet he stopped and helped me because I looked confused (which I was!). He explained the process and what might be better choices for my job. Regardless of price, I knew he was the man for the job! Just the fact that he took his lunch hour for me and was so kind and knowledgeable sold me on Elegante. Then, his prices were even better than the other fabricators we had been to. WOW!! Elegante's guys came to measure our space and I went to their office as they templated our stone. We had bought our stone at Ultra Stone and it was NOT the same stone I had ordered, so beware that this happens! However, we were still able to work with it and I still love my counter. Juan was the template genius and he was able to create the counter with minimal seaming and it matched beautifully. The turnaround was less than the two weeks promised from measuring to installation. Five guys came to install the granite and did so masterfully!! I would go back to Elegante in a heartbeat. All the people I dealt with there were nice and courteous and they did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them and they can use me as a reference any time and as many times as they like! I do not have one bad thing to say about them. I only wish I had more money and more rooms I needed them to work on for me!

Outstanding experience with a beautiful result. Initially met with Brett P whjo advised us and managed the entire job till completion. Very knowledgeable and promptly returns all calls and emails. Michael G arranges all appointments and accommodates your needs. Michael understand flexibility and makes all appointments work. The installation crew do expert work and are a pleasure to have in your house. Francesco has trained his staff to perform expert work and to make sure you are satisfied. He takes great pride in the work and committed to excellence .

I found Elegante Granite & Marble from their beautiful ad in a reputable home fashion magazine. From my initial conversations, I found them so passionate about their marble and so kind to me that I went there. The professionalism and the knowledge I received was great from Frank/ Mike that I ordered from their vast assortments my 55 X 106 inch granite countertop at a very reasonable price. I was made aware of all details throughout the production process- as they came first to measure the opening so it was exact. As I waited for completion, their scheduling guy, Mike was also great. I had 8 men deliver my countertop and they knew exactly how to handle it and not one scratch. It looks amazing and I would highly recommend them. They also have a higher end division with the most amazing marble countertops - Zicana. ( located across the street) They are made with jeweled marble - absolutely breathtaking....

The entire experience from the first day we began to look at samples was easy and comfortable. The template was done in a timely manner, and the installation shortly thereafter. This is a very well run company.
