Very bad people .. Never get any service from these guys .. Worst customer support experience .. Rude .. Not on time and drivers were bad too and when u call company they are even worse.. Don't add extra stress to your house project and stay away from these guys. Reviews for this company doesn't make sense it's either 5 star or 1 star .. It has to be fake or paid reviews for 5 stars

most of the reviews on google and on angie's list for this company seems fake or paid ..these people are real jerks I rented a dumpster for my driveway project and this ppl came 4 hours late. In the meantime I have 4 construction guys sitting and wasting my time and money. I don't need permit in my town for just one day so I asked them to pick up dumpster the same day, these guys never came and when I called them in the evening and tried to explain my situation , they hung up on me and left for the day. Very rude .. Stay away from this company.

Holy cow! I just got off the phone with the owner, John Allen, who was the most shockingly abusive, uncooperative and belligerent business owner I have ever dealt with, ever. After more than 20 years on Long Island, that is saying a lot.
I had spoken with him on Wednesday about removing a dumpster. He promised to remove it "by Saturday." Saturday comes and he is a no show, so I call. He says he'll be there Monday. I said it has to be today, because I have a delivery coming and need the driveway clear. I was counting on Saturday, as he had promised.
He said: No, I can't do it. I said: But you said you would! I need the driveway clear; I was planning on it, based on your promise!
After insisting he would not change plans, his tone suddenly changed.
He literally started yelling and cursing and threatening:
"Do you want to f*** with me? Do you want to fight with me? Ding! Let's go. Let's fight. You want to f***ing fight with me?"
I said: No, of course not, I don't want to fight. I just want to get the dumpster removed.
He said: "F*** you." And then he hung up.
Good thing I recorded the call, so I can prove I'm not making this up.

I happened to get John Allen when I first called, he's a very no-nonsense, let's get it done person and evidently on top of his business. If you are in luck and deal with him you will be in good hands and get everything set up quickly. I hadn't realized they start work at 6am so I was weary of asking them to deliver the dumpster early in the morning (90% of the times I have tried to get anything done before 8am with a business, it has failed) but I was told they will be there and indeed they were, just the next day after my
call. No hidden fees (you might hear some companies talk about weight limit), competitive prices based on the few calls I made, but most important they delivered on their promises and were fast which worked well for my schedule.
Give them a call before you do business with anybody else!

Excellent! It was delivered within a couple of hours...the men were careful not to cause any damage. Pick up was just the same. Very nice people on the phone.

We did some lawn work, and needed a 5 cubic feet dumpster, and so they did the dumpster service for us. They are outstanding. They are friendly, and right on time. They charged us $300 for unlimited time. They are dependable, and you get value for the money. There are very helpful. They are very nice people to work with.

They came when we wanted them on time . We asked for a size dumpster, reasonably priced.

It went off without a hitch. They arrived at our agreed upon date and time and set up the dumpster in my driveway. They picked up the dumpster on the date I requested when I contracted with them for the service. They did not leave any trash in the driveway once they attached the dumpster to the truck.

i needed a container and i found this company online. i needed a company that was close to where i live. i called them and i spoke to John. he is the truck dispatcher. very polite , he answered all my questions. he said he would have the container dropped off the same day in about 2hrs. well it came in an hour. his driver was also very good. he gave me some advise by telling me to pack the container neat. so that i could fit more garbage in the container. i am very pleased with them.
