C19 HOME IMPROVEMENT

Deigo and his brother, Pedro came to my house in Feburary to replace my tile shower floor as it was leaking. They said it would take two days and they did break up my old shower floor plus three rows of tiles and rebuilt a new shower floor. The price I was quoted also included all the materials. When they where finish, the shower looked good and we had to wait at least a day amd a half to use it which we did. Once we started using it, I notice some issues but by this time, I had already written them a review as I thought they were prompt in completing the job. When we finally used the shower and really looked at the details, we notice some things. The first issue were holes in the grout on the tile floor and a cracked tile on the wall where they reattached the shower door. I called them and they came and filled the grout, put caulk on the cracked tile to seal it and also added more grout around the outside of the shower as they noticed a hairline crack forming. At this point, I also mentioned the creaking sound we heard when ever we would walk near the shower. That night, they told me they did not hear it. The next time I called them, I noticed another wall tile did not have grout in and there was a small opening to the wall. I reached out again and this time only Pedro, Deigo's brother came. Again, I told him about the creaking sound. He heard it and said that is not the shower area, it is outside so they are not responsible because it sounds like it is coming from outside of the shower. After he put the grout in the opening under the tile, he left and said, don't reach out unless we have a leak. Since then, I have not reached out. Now, this still bothering me because you hear the creaking more now and I am concern that it might be that the subfloor which they had to replace a part of is not properly secured which could potential lead to another leak/structural issue in the future.

Pedro along with his brother Diego and father, did a wonderful job. They were very patient and attentive of our needs. Always offering sound advice and even going beyond their obligations. I had rain water leaking through a window and a door and Pedro voluntarily waterproofed them! I am about to start another project in my home and I will hire C 19 again!

I am very happy with the work that was done! Very satisfied & I will use them for future projects!
