We had a 2-year contract with them that was up, but recently three of the boards from the deck had popped up. I called them and brought that to their attention and also mentioned the splints and pieces of wood that were sticking out from the benches. Anner said that he had a foreman named Bobby, who was also a carpenter, who would know what to do. Bobby came and worked for a few hours and got the boards back on the floor, but the benches still had a few splints and the angles from the benches still had pieces of wood sticking out and were still not meeting properly. When I brought this up to him again, he said he'd have to go to his supplier and that is would cost another $650 and asked if I'd like it in writing.. I agreed and said he didnt need to put it in writing. I called him back after realizing that it wasn't fixed properly the first time so it would probably be a good idea to get it in writing to make sure that I dont have to keep paying if they still aren't able to fix the issue. He said he would include that in the contract and that he would leave it in my mailbox or come to my house to drop it off. That never happened. I had to call him again and he said he'd been busy, but promised me this weekend he'd put it in my mailbox. Sure enough, nothing was in my mailbox. I've been waiting and he hasn't been returning my calls or texts. UPDATE: They came back and improved the job. They Finished the deck the way it was supposed to be done.
