Nick is great. I was able to get him on the phone on one of the busiest days. After the cold snap everyone had frozen pipes. I have used Nick many times in the past and he fit me in despite his crazy busy schedule. He came, fixed the problem and charged a fair price. He is reliable, professional and very nice.

I purchased a new faucet unit expecting to have to replace the one I have because of a leak in that faucet and below the sink. Nick is a real pro. He was able to repair the existing faucet by taking it apart and refurbishing it very carefully, and he fixed the leak beneath the sink. He works quickly, and the cleanup was very good. He went out of his way to do an excellent job, and now I can return the new faucet that I no longer need. His price is VERY fair and he saved me money, too.

I would say that the price to install a faucet should not be $328.

"This wasn't a in & out install. We replaced the washers in the valves below the basin in order to do the install so old washer particals would not damage the new faucet, installed customers Grohe faucet on a pedestal basin and supplied some materials in the price. We spent 1.75 hrs on this job. So I would say it was fair for the work performed. I'm sorry you weren't completely satisfied but I felt the need to let others know what was done for the cost. Thanks for the review."

Nick was terrific! He asked me to e-mail him pictures of my toilets and we corresponded so that he was sure that he would have any parts that I needed. He arrived within the scheduled time and used a great deal of ingenuity to fix toilet issues. Nick spent a lot of time making sure that it all was perfect and told me that a part I had purchased separately from Kohler was not necessary. He replaced the separate on/off valve for my washing machine, as it had been dripping. When Nick examined the pipes under my sink, he confirmed that one of the pipes had corroded and that that another one was at the end of its shelf life. He replaced both with a more durable piping that than those originally there. Nick answered any questions that I had about his procedures and was very patient and clear. All three toilets have been working very well thus far; the issues appear to be resolved. He used of a lot of ingenuity in fixing the issues with the kind of knowledge that only years of experience could have provided him. He also gave me a 5% Angie's List discount. The only thing negative I could say is that Nick doesn't provide emergency service, but he provided me with the name of someone I could call if there was an emergency.

Toilet tank would not fill up properly- appeared to be a busted part inside the tank itself... As I stated above - they were very prompt - professional = and courteous .... Problem was resolved approx. 7 hours after I notified them .. Great result - would use them again in a heart beat ..
