I bought a hanging light that plugged into the ceiling. My neighbor said the light itself wasn't wired right . Took it back to the store and they said it was fine. 3/9/2012 left message to check the light and the wiring in the room where I wanted to put it and add another light switch. 3/12/12 they came and checked the light and wiring. didn't have time to do switch. 3/14/2012 came to do light switch and direct wired the the light into the ceililng. In the process they fired my GFI in the bathroom which they replaced. After they left I realised that they didn't do the light switch the way I wanted. They had each light on it's own switch. 3/15/12 left message that I wanted both lights tied together. Left message on my machine apologizing and would call back to set up work. 3/27/12 left message saying I hadn't heard from them. 4/2/12 came and corrected wiring.
Besides the communication error on the light switch, I was pleased with their work. I thought They understood what I wanted, since they didn't ask any questions. I didn't think about the possibilty of each light on its own switch. As for the price, i haven't received a bill yet, so can't comment on that. I did have them here a couple of years ago for other work which I was pleased with.Licensing
