Everything seemed to be going well, until it didn't. Painting wasn't finished and globs of paint were left on walls and there were a bunch of drippings on the baseboard. The wood flooring, tiles, walls, and some doors were damaged and not fixed. When asked to come back and fix the problem, Jay proceeded to flip a switch and bully/verbally attack the disabled individuals of the home, making comments about themselves and their dogs. He made comments regarding what the animals are being fed and their lack of exercise, even though the one has an autoimmune disease, the other is 16 with one eye, and the third is mentally disabled. He then proceeded to block the client on messages and social media platforms.

Was hired to do flooring install and paint basement. Was professional and nice while doing the job. When the job was done he was supposed to come back to finish a handful of things he didn’t get to that wasn’t the end of the world. When he moved the heavy furniture back into the space that he had moved himself to do the job he had damaged the flooring and I did not notice until he had left. I had my daughter send pictures and explained that I found damage and he blamed it on us. I did not think anything about it. Sent a message regarding him coming back and he sent back a nasty unprofessional text degrading my house, my dogs, my daughter, our “lifestyle”, blamed the damages on us even tho my daughter had been sweet and not blaming anyone just saying she found damage on the floor, degrading things that had nothing to do with the job he was hired to do. Since the job ended and he was supposed to come back we had noticed damages to the floor, incomplete painting issues, damage to the flooring that was already down here and was not being replaced, scuffs, scratches, previous color showing through the paint he had done which means he did not do the second coat, runs of paint on the walls and so forth. He refuses to fix the damages and problems we had found with his work and was unprofessional with the text he had sent to my daughter regarding this. I would say during the process was good was professional afterwards though when there’s damages done and things done incorrectly he gets unprofessional and nasty and refuses to fix it and drags your entire life into the ground like he knows the extent of what happens when there’s not work being done in the house which he should not have even made comments about any of that. I would not hire him period. I will be in the process of contacting legal action against this company due to the situation at hand that took a turn to unprofessional and degrading.

They were excellent and beautiful. They offered me a reasonable price and they were friendly.

They were fast and did an incredible job. They went above and beyond. I was pleased with their service and did more than they should.. They were polite and I am very impressed.
