He provided practical guidance on where to spend and where I could use do-it-myself changes to improve the overall look and function of my home. For example, liquid Ridex in a sprayer kills moss growing on roofs and will help to maintain the roof tiles; he pointed out where I would need to have trees limbed back for safety; and he recommended bar keepers friend to return my bathroom to shining cleanliness. All very reasoned and practical remedies. He also pointed out things that may come up on a home inspection that are not issues. It was a good investment and I intend to have Ron look at any potential property I want to buy.
